Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HoopLabHKPlus (the "Platform"), operated by Momentum Lab Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

HoopLabHKPlus provides basketball league management tools including live scoring, statistics tracking, team management, and related services. Some features require a paid Match Pass or Season Pass.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update any changes.

4. Match Passes & Payments

Match Passes and Season Passes are non-refundable once used. Passes do not expire. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Creating, scheduling, and live scoring matches are free — only completing (ending) a match consumes a Match Pass.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, interfering with other users' use of the service, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Platform are owned by Momentum Lab Limited. You retain ownership of data you upload (team names, player info, match statistics) but grant us a license to display and process it as part of the service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum Lab Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused Match Passes are non-transferable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
